360eternal.com and Grave Finder 360 are operated by City 360 LLC, d/b/a 360 Eternal, Chandler, Arizona.

What the content is

Memorial content — photos, guest-book messages, corrections — is submitted by visitors and approved by the cemetery’s own office before it publishes. Family-connection suggestions in the genealogy layer are visitor-contributed and unverified: they are community notes, clearly labeled as such, and are not statements of fact by us or by the cemetery.

Record accuracy

Interment records come from each cemetery’s own files, some of them handwritten decades ago. We present them carefully and correct them when told, but we cannot warrant their accuracy — the records are the cemetery’s, and corrections flow through the cemetery.

Acceptable use

These sites serve grieving families. Do not submit false content, impersonate anyone, harass anyone, scrape personal information, or interfere with the service. We may remove any content or refuse any submission, particularly at a family’s or cemetery’s request.

Subscriptions

Terms for cemetery subscriptions — the capture, the monthly service, ownership and exit — live in the signed agreement between us and the cemetery, not on this page. The outline a board asks about is published here.
