Plans & pricing

The scan is how it starts. The monthly service is what it is.

Four steps, in order. One of them is free, and we say plainly where free ends. No dollar figures on this page — every quote follows a real conversation about your actual grounds — but the shape is here, because a board needs the shape to start the conversation.

1

Free directory listing

Your name, location, hours, contact, and whatever else we can gather without visiting. That is the ceiling: no scan, no records, no search. Takes minutes, and there is no call.

We count the families who search for or request your cemetery — and we tell listed cemeteries what that demand looks like.

2

Walkthrough and quote

Email, call, or a virtual meeting — then a real number for your grounds. Large properties get the walkthrough on site; we don’t quote big grounds off a map.

3

Capture and launch

Scanning is priced per acre, and the rate comes down as the grounds get larger. Drone overhead, 360° cameras through the sections, your records tied to real positions, your staff’s review — then launch.

4

The monthly — the actual product

The search stays live, records stay current, the approvals queue works, and the weekly report arrives. One monthly rate for the 360° tour alone; a separate monthly plus setup for Grave Finder.

The shape of the cost

What a board can take into a meeting.

  • Scanning: per acre, and the per-acre rate drops as acreage grows. Large grounds are quoted after a site walkthrough.
  • Setup: a one-time cost to bring your records online and launch the search.
  • Ongoing: a monthly for the 360° tour alone, or a separate monthly plus setup for Grave Finder — the search, memorial pages, approvals queue and weekly report.
No dollar figures here on purpose: every real number follows a walkthrough of your actual grounds and records. The listing, though, is simply free.
