We capture it once. Then it runs.

No closures, no disruption to services, and no work for your staff beyond handing us the records and checking the result.

Walkthrough

We look at the grounds and the sections, and find out what shape the interment records are in. Binder, spreadsheet, or software — all of it is workable.

Capture

Drone overhead for the layout, 360° cameras at ground level through the sections. A day or two on a small site, longer on a large one, and longer again on a busy one — we stop for every service and every visiting family.

Records mapped

We clean the interment list and tie each record to a real position on the grounds. This is the slow part, and it is on us.

Your review

Staff walk the result before anything is public. Section names, spellings, anything that reads wrong — we fix it first.

Launch

The search goes live under your name. Your office gets the approval queue, the corrections, and the visitor numbers.

It keeps growing

New interments get added. Families keep uploading headstone photos. The record gets better with every visit instead of decaying.

Honest about scale

Every cemetery is different, and the acreage is only half of it.

Any vendor quoting a thousand-acre memorial park as a one-day job has not flown one. The resolution needed to make a marker readable means flying low and slow — and low and slow does not cover much ground before dark.

We do not publish a figure for the big parks because we would only be guessing, and you would rightly hold us to it. On grounds that size we phase the work and sections go live as they are finished, so families can search the developed areas while we are still working the newer ground.

What moves those numbers

Two cemeteries of identical acreage can differ by a week.

You are still open

This is the one people forget. Families are visiting graves. Burials are happening. There are services, processions, and committals, and we are not flying a drone over any of them. On a busy cemetery a one-day projection is realistically two or three — because we stop and wait, every time.

Topography

Flat, open lawn scans quickly and predictably. Hillsides, terraces, ravines, and steep older sections need more passes at more angles, and the flight planning stops being routine.

Tree cover

Beautiful, and it hides markers from the air. Heavily treed sections need ground-level work that open lawn does not, which is slower than flying by a wide margin.

The markers themselves

Flat markers that have sunk or grown over do not photograph. Upright stones in tight old rows shadow each other. Both mean walking rather than flying.

We would rather stop than rush. If a family is at a graveside, the drone comes down and the crew waits. That is a cost we absorb into the schedule on purpose — your grounds are not a job site, and a capture is not worth interrupting somebody’s morning at their mother’s grave.

Questions we get asked first

Do we lose control of our records?

No. They stay yours, you can export them, and nothing a family submits publishes without your office approving it.

What if our records are a mess?

They usually are. Hand-written ledgers going back to the 1950s are normal. Cleaning them up is part of the job.

How long does it take?

Under 25 acres is 1–2 days; around 50 acres is 3–5. How busy the cemetery is can double that. Getting from capture to a live search then depends far more on the records than on the grounds.

What about privacy?

Interment records are generally public, but you decide what shows. Anything you want held back stays held back.
